Pet Screening

It is important to us that our community offers a welcoming and safe environment to all of our residents. To help ensure our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies we require everyone to complete our pet screening and review process. This process ensures we are following proper compliant procedures.

Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/emotional support animals upon application approval. All pet profiles will be $30 per pet if paid with credit card or $25 per pet if paid with ACH paid directly to the third-party service. Verified service/ESA registration is free.

• All pets must be properly licensed, have shots required by statute, and be spayed or neutered. Please be prepared to show documentation.
• Be prepared to provide a picture of your pet and vaccination records.
• Proper ESA paperwork from an actively licensed provider.

Completion of the pet profile does not guarantee approval of your animal.
